In the Bagheigarh panchayat, a crucial bridge over the Kangela nullah on the Nakrod–Chanju road was washed away. Four panchayats — Chanju, Dehra, Charda, and Bagheigarh — have been cut off. While no loss of life or property damage has been reported yet, the impact on transportation and daily life has been significant, affecting thousands of people.

The second flashflood occurred at Bandha nullah in Tikrigarh panchayat, leading to substantial crop damage. No loss of life has been reported.

In Kareri panchayat, continuous heavy rainfall and storm destroyed maize crops in several villages, including Nalutharu, Fangrohta, Sarota, Chanhan, Saran, Kareri, and Kugar. The villages primarily depend on maize cultivation for livelihood, and the crop damage has triggered growing concerns among local residents.

The villagers have appealed to the Revenue Department to conduct immediate field assessments and provide compensation to affected families.
