A three-day training programme was organised for women entrepreneurs at Gumma in Shimla district under the Corporate Social Responsibility programme of IIT-Delhi and EXL.

Forty women entrepreneurs participated in the programme and were trained about business skills, financial management and digital technology. They were taught about techniques for expanding businesses using limited resources effectively.

An in-depth training was provided on the effective use of online platforms and digital tools. Practical methods for maintaining financial records, capital management, and leveraging government schemes were also explained. Furthermore, experts also provided individual guidance to the participants.
