60 teachers benefit from NCF workshop at Doon Valley school, Nalagarh

A one-day workshop on the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) was organised by the Centre of Excellence (CoE), Training Unit of CBSE, at Doon Valley Public School, Nalagarh. The session was led by SP Singh, Senior Faculty of Life Sciences at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Shivani Vashist, PGT English at Army Public School, Chandimandir, who shared valuable insights on the vision, structure and effective implementation of the NCF.

The workshop saw active participation from 60 teachers and emphasised the significance of the NCF in fostering competency-based learning, experiential pedagogy and holistic student development. Through interactive discussions, case studies and engaging activities, the resource persons guided educators on aligning classroom practices with the framework’s objectives and nurturing innovative teaching-learning methodologies.
