Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh government has posted seven Himachal Pradesh Police Service (HPPS) officers of the 2024 batch who were awaiting promotion as Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSP) with immediate effect. A notification regarding this order was issued by the state government late on Saturday. As per the notification, HPPS officer Parveen Kumar has been posted as DSP, 6th IRB Dhaulakuan, Sirmaur district; Chand Kishore as Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Chowari, Chamba district; Ashok Kumar as DSP (Leave Reserve), Chamba; Babu Ram as DSP 3rd IRB Pandoh, Mandi district; Harish Kumar as DSP, Police Training College , Daroh, Kangra district; Yog Raj as DSP 6th IRB Dhaulakuan; and Yashwant Singh as DSP, HP Institute of Police Studies in Daroh.
