Admissions open for BA LLB at HPU

The University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), Himachal Pradesh University, is accepting online applications for its 5-year BA LLB (Honours) programme for 2025-26 until May 31.

Candidates can correct applications by June 3. Admission is based on 10+2 merit, with minimum marks of 50% for general and 45% for SC/ST.

Applicants must have passed or be appearing in 10+2 exams. Counseling is on June 12 at Ava-Lodge Campus, Shimla; the merit list will be out on June 19. Apply via www.nadmissions. hpushimla.in or call 0177-2651586 for details.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
