The annual GPF account statements for the financial year 2023-24 for the Himachal Pradesh Government employees have been uploaded on the state government’s website, www.himkosh.nic.in. “These statements are available for the respective drawing and disbursing officers (DDOs) for distribution among the subscribers,” said a government spokesperson.

He urged the DDOs of all departments to follow the procedure for downloading the GPF statement in bulk by opening the website, then clicking on the Himkosh link and then on the GPF statement, which will open the Principal Accountant General website. The DDOs should further click on information for DDOs link, fill in the required columns with treasury code, DDOs code and password, and then click on the login. “The DDOs should click on the link to download employees annual GPF statement,” he said.

He added that if any DDO does not have the password, they can contact 0177-2600279 or 0177-2650133. “Besides, the DDOs are also advised to change their passwords for security purposes. This facility is available on the same page,” the spokesperson added.
