Government Degree College (GDC), Jainagar, held its annual prize distribution function on Saturday, celebrating the academic excellence and extracurricular achievements of its students.

The principal, Dr Anjana Sood, was the chief guest. The ceremony recognised the top-performing students from the last three academic sessions (2021-2024) for their academic achievements. Students who excelled in extracurricular activities across various clubs, including the Red Ribbon Club, Road Safety Club, NSS and Literary Society, were also honoured. Dr Anjana Sood congratulated the prize winners and highlighted the importance of maintaining a balanced approach to academics and extracurricular participation.
