During the visit, the students interacted with the Advocate General of Himachal Pradesh, Anoop Rattan, who shared his professional experiences and views on the role of young lawyers in strengthening the justice delivery system. He emphasised the importance of integrity, discipline and lifelong learning in the legal profession and urged students to contribute to society through the rule of law.

Dr Verma said such visits are vital to bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical experience. “The School of Legal Studies at APG Shimla University consistently organises educational tours, workshops and expert interactions to promote holistic legal education and prepare students for diverse roles in the legal and judicial sectors,” she added.
