Youth interested in participating in the Developed India Youth Parliament programme being organised by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports can apply through ‘My India Portal’ till March 9.

Shimla Youth Officer of Nehru Yuva Kendra Manisha Sharma said this programme will be organised at the district, state and national level and young participants aged between 18 and 25 can apply. After registration, the participants will have to upload a one minute video on the topic ‘What does Developed India mean in your view.’

She said out of the videos received on this topic, 150 best videos will be selected and they can participate at the district level on the topic ‘One Nation One Election.’ Out of these participants, 10 winners will be selected by the jury for the state-level programe. Three winners from the state-level programme will be selected for the national-level programme. The winners will get a chance to present their views in the National Parliament, New Delhi.
