Chandigarh, August 5
Special Forces under the Western Command conducted a free fall training exercise to home their sky-diving and combat skills. Over a hundred jumps by paratroopers were carried out over the past three days. The exercise was conducted by the Special Forces School based at Nahan. Advance Light Helicopter Dhruv was used to airdrop commandos over difficult terrain to validate operational effectiveness.
