A group of 23 school students from Bengaluru, Karnataka, has arrived in Chamba for a seven-day educational tour. Accompanied by their teachers, the students are exploring the rich history, culture and scenic beauty of the region.

During their visit, the students enjoyed the breath-taking landscapes of Khajjiar, often referred to as ‘Mini Switzerland’. They also visited historical sites in Dalhousie and Chamba, where they learned about the region’s heritage and traditions. At the H2O House in Chamba, they gained insights into the local Himachali culture and lifestyle.

The students met Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Repaswal at his office here today. He encouraged them to work hard and strive for success. He also introduced them to the ‘Chalo Chamba’ campaign, an initiative to promote tourism in the region and shared information about the region’s tourist destinations.
