Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, takes home coveted title

The Annual Bishop Cotton Soccer Tournament 2025 concluded on Saturday with a thrilling finale that saw Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, edge past Pinegrove School, Dharampur, 1-0 to claim the championship title.

Inaugurated on August 26 by Headmaster Mathew John, the tournament brought together eight leading schools from across the country, including La Martiniere College (Lucknow), Sacred Souls (Chandigarh), Rashtriya Military School (Chail), Army Public School (Dagshai), Selaqui International School (Dehradun), Pinegrove School (Dharampur), along with Bishop Cotton School’s A and B teams.

Throughout the week, the grounds came alive with displays of skill, discipline and sportsmanship, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats. Congratulating the winners, Headmaster John lauded the passion and dedication of all teams.
