Parmar, while addressing mediapersons, said that the BJP would organise a rally in Dharamsala on January 27 and state party president Rajeev Bindal would also participate in it.

He said that the Union Ministry for Environment and Forests had given clearance for the transfer of 55 hectares at Jadrangal in July last year. The Forest Department had sent an estimate of Rs 30 crore to the state government for the transfer of forestland to the CUHP. The district administration had also sent a proposal to the state government for depositing the amount but ever after more than six months, the state government had not approved it, he added.
