The Dharamsala Municipal Corporation took up a cleanliness drive at Ward No. 3, from McLeodganj to Meetha Nala and Bhagsunag. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from Councillor Onkar Chadra Nehriya, local residents, volunteers from the Waste Warriors NGO, representatives from the Tibetan Settlement Office, VPF workers and DMC officials. This collaborative effort resulted in the collection of tonnes of dry waste, contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment in the region. The drive emphasised the importance of community involvement and sustainable waste management in maintaining the ecological balance in Dharamsala.
