Solan: Special Judge-I, Solan, Arvind Malhotra has sentenced two Nalagarh residents — Aaditya Dhiman and Gurmeet Singh — to 15-year rigorous imprisonment, besides imposing a fine of Rs 15,000 each for peddling 175.92-kg poppy husk in the Baddi area of Solan district. A Baddi police team had seized the poppy husk from a truck near Suncity road on November 3, 2021. A search of the truck had led to the discovery of the contraband, which was concealed in plastic covers in two bags. The duo was booked under relevant sections of
the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act by the Baddi police, District Attorney Sanjay
