Chamba: Campaign on govt initiatives from today
Chamba, FEBRUARY 4
The Information and Public Relations Department, in collaboration with various cultural groups, will be conducting a special five-day campaign in all the assembly constituencies of Chamba district from Monday. This campaign aims to inform the public about the government’s initiatives and schemes for the welfare of the people in these regions, according to a government spokesperson.
Programmes will be organised on February 5 in the Nainikhad and Kakira areas of Bhattiyat constituency, Mehla and Bakani in Bharmour constituency, and Rajera and Karian in Chamba constituency.
Events will be held in Churah constituency’s at Kiyani and Rajnagar, and at Sundla and Manjhair in Dalhousie constituency on February 6. On February 7, programmes will be held at Samota and Tundi in Bhattiyat, Chatradi and Lech in Bharmour, Bhanota and Udaipur in Chamba, Jassaurgarh and Nakrod in Churah, and Bhalei and Bragranl in Dalhousie.
The next day, events will be held Kamla and Sinhuta, Holi and Garola in Bharmour, Mangla and Khajjiar in Chamba, Tissa and Chilli in Churah, and Bathari and Devidehra in Dalhousie. The campaign will conclude on February 9 with two events at Bharmour and Khani in Bharmour constituency.
