Rashtriya Military School (RMS), Chail, was recently awarded for its performance in the board exams of classes X and XII, as well as its achievements in National Defence Academy (NDA) selections at the Annual Principals’ Conference of Rashtriya Military Schools held at Army Headquarters, New Delhi.

During the conference, RMS, Chail, principal Vimal Kumar Gangwal Jain was presented with the Chief of Naval Staff Trophy, Chief of Air Staff Trophy and Chief of Army Staff Trophy by Lt Gen Rakesh Kapoor.

Organised by Maj Gen Vir Kumar Bhat, Additional Director General of Army Education, the conference was presided over by Lt Gen Rakesh Kapoor, Deputy Chief of Army Staff and recipient of the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal and Vishisht Seva Medal.

The event witnessed the participation of the principals of all five Rashtriya Military Schools, and various dignitaries. Each year, during the Annual Principals’ Conference, these trophies are awarded to one of the five Rashtriya Military Schools.

Congratulating the cadets, Jain expressed gratitude for the unwavering support and guidance by the staff. He reaffirmed the school’s commitment to providing quality education and holistic development opportunities to its cadets, ensuring they are well-prepared for future endeavours.
