Rain shelter at Narola of no use
A rain shelter constructed by the PWD subdivision, Baldwara, on the Jahu-Ghumarwin National Expressway at Narola in Mandi district won’t be of much use to people. Instead of constructing it on the bifurcation point of the Narola-Khalin-Barin link road, it has been built 50 metre away from the bifurcation point, where people go to catch buses. People continue to stand in the scorching sun, cold and rain in the open because buses halt only at the bifurcation point. The PWD must take remedial steps.

A water ATM near the technical education board of the state has been lying closed for more than three years now. If the IPH authorities did not want to make it functional, it should not have wasted public money on purchasing them.
