Congress MLAs Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu and Inder Dutt Lakhanpal today visited the house of martyr Rohin Kumar at Galore Khas village, near here. They extended their condolences to the bereaved family and paid tributes to the martyr.

Sepoy Rohin Kumar lost his life in the Balakot sector of Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir in a ceasefire violation by the Pakistan army along the Line of Control on Saturday. Sukhu said Rohin Kumar had made the supreme sacrifice for the security and integrity of the nation. Lakhanpal said the nation would remain indebted to the family of the great soldier.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
