The Governor also called upon residents to protect their cultural legacy, while acknowledging the immense contribution of the people of Sirmaur in serving the nation’s defence forces. “This fair, a sacred confluence of faith and devotion, holds a cherished place in the hearts of people across India,” he remarked.

Emphasising the need to preserve both the natural beauty and sanctity of Renuka Ji, the Governor urged for collective responsibility from the community and the administration.
