Dharampur hotel worker ends life
Solan, July 4
A 35-year-old hotel employee, who was a resident of Kota in Rajasthan, committed suicide at Baba Resorts by hanging himself with a bedsheet near Dharampur on Thursday evening.
The police found a suicide note from the room in which he had blamed himself for this extreme step and had stated that he was under depression.
He had returned from Kota a few days ago and was under quarantine at the hotel.
Parwanoo Deputy Superintendent of Police Yogesh Rolta said the police recovered wrappers of some medicines from the room and suspected that he had consumed those before hanging. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination. Further probe is under way. — TNS
