The Paonta Sahib police in Sirmaur district have arrested a man with 25.10 grams of heroin during a late-night operation. The Special Detection Cell of the police that made the arrest has been actively keeping a watch on drug peddling in the region.

According to information, the police team carried out a search operation in the Batapul area on Thursday night and recovered 25.10 grams of heroin from the possession of Abid, a resident of Bhagwanpur village in Paonta Sahib tehsil of the district.
