A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Government College, Dharamsala, and Airports Authority of India, Kangra Airport. It aims to foster collaboration and achieve the objectives of the internship programme.

The spokesperson of the college said this partnership seeks to generate interest in civil aviation among students and provide them with hands-on experience in the field. Through this MoU, both parties will work together to provide students with practical exposure to the aviation industry. It would also enhance students’ skills and knowledge, preparing them for a career in this field, he said.

The Kangra Airport has planned to provide training and internship programmes to almost 500-600 school and college students about the aviation industry, he added.
