An e-studio, which is among 50 such studios being set up at Shoolini University to facilitate online teaching, was inaugurated on the campus. Each e-studio will have the Internet and Ethernet connectivity. Prof PK Khosla, Vice Chancellor, said steps were being taken to strengthen the Internet connectivity in view of the likelihood of blended learning even after the university reopens.

Tree plantation at Junga school

On the occasion of Janmashtami, the NSS unit of the Government Senior Secondary School, Junga, planted around 100 saplings of different varieties. Anita Pathania, school principal, launched the campaign by planting a deodar sapling. Rakesh Kumari, NSS in charge, said students would look after the saplings.

Atal Tinkering Lab at Kullu school

The NITI Aayog has decided to provide an Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) to Cambridge International School, Kullu. Sudha Mahajan, school principal, said students would benefit from the modern robotic lab. She said through the ATL, the Centre wanted to create an environment of scientific temperament and innovation.
