The regional Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) office has launched a campaign called ‘Abhimukh’ to provide best and prompt services to its members and pensioners. Under the campaign, from 12 noon to 1 pm on every working day, designated Accounts Officers dispose of questions or complaints received from members, pensioners or employers.

Of 137 complaints received till February 16, 120 had been disposed of and prompt action was being taken on the remaining 17 complaints.
