The Himachal Pradesh High Court has directed former Lok Sabha MP Rajan Sushant and his son Dhairya Sushant to appear before it on May 5.

A Division Bench comprising Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan and Justice Sushil Kukreja passed the order on a criminal contempt initiated by the court , which had prima facie found that both of them had tried to tarnish the image of the judiciary on social media.

While passing the aforesaid order, the High Court also granted them three-week time to file their replies on the issue.
