The first robotic lab of Himachal Pradesh will be established at the Jukhala centre of the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) in Bilaspur district, an official said. A sum of Rs 20 lakh has been sanctioned in the first phase, he added.

Along with the virtual lab, other installations would also be set up soon to enable schoolchildren to study science related subjects with ease. The first space lab was set up at Government Senior Secondary School at Ghumarwin.
