Four nabbed in Una for possessing heroin
In two separate incidents, the Una police last night nabbed two Hamirpur residents and another two Rupnagar (Punjab) residents for possessing heroin.
According to a press release by the Una district police, Pradeep Kumar of Radha Swami Mohalla in Sujanpur tehsil and Mohit Kumar of Charot in Sujanpur tehsil, both from Hamirpur district, were booked at Badoh village for possessing 1.89 gm heroin.
During another inspection at Vikasnagar, the police recovered 12 gm heroin from the possession of Nangal (Rupnagar) residents Sumit and Yash.
Separate cases under sections 21 and 29-61-85 of the NDPS Act have been registered against the suspects, according to the press release.
