GDP growth discussed at Hyderabad meet: Kashyap
Shimla, July 2
Economic growth and the importance of booth members were discussed at the BJP national executive meeting in Hyderabad, said BJP state president Suresh Kashyap today. He is in Hyderabad to attend the two-day meeting, which started today.
Kashyap said economy of the whole world had collapsed and the growth rate of the world was 6 per cent on an average while India’s economy is progressing at 8.7 per cent, which is an achievement
Contact with the booth president and booth workers was important for the party as workers at the ground level could spread the word and propagate the programmes and achievements of the government at the grassroot level.
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, state in-charge Avinash Rai Khanna, co-incharge Sanjay Tandon and state organisation general secretary Pawan Rana are also attending the meeting.
