YS Guleria has been elected as the new president of the Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh Industries Association (BBNIA), succeeding Rajiv Aggarwal after the successful completion of his two-year tenure. Guleria, currently Senior General Manager of Employee Resource Management at TVS Motor Company, will lead the state’s largest industry body, representing over 650 members, for the 2025–27 term.
With a long association spanning over 14 years as general secretary and earlier as organising secretary, Guleria has played a pivotal role in voicing industry concerns before both state and central governments. His consistent advocacy and policy suggestions have contributed significantly to strengthening the industrial ecosystem of the BBN region.
The announcement was made at the association’s general house meeting, where the financial report highlighted notable improvement in fiscal health under Aggarwal’s leadership. Members appreciated his efforts in enhancing transparency and stability within the organisation.
