Hamirpur MLA organises langar
Hamirpur, January 22
Local MLA Ashish Sharma organised a community meal at Gandhi Chowk here to mark the occasion of Ram Lalla’s Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya today. He said that people were waiting for this occasion as sentiments of crores of people were associated with this temple. Sharma added that his generation was lucky to witness this historical event.
Later, Ashish Sharma participated in a wrestling championship at village Kankari and awarded winners of the championship with cash prizes. He said that wrestling competitions not kept youth away from drugs but also helped in preserving rich culture of the country.
