On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur released a book titled ‘Idam Rashtraya Idam Na Mam’ in Shimla on Friday. Vijay Thakur elected SFI president

Provide bus passes online: ABVP

The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarathi Parishad (ABVP) has demanded that the process to make student bus passes should be done online. The ABVP said while several process have been shifted to online mode due to the Covid pandemic, students were still required to queue up in large numbers to get their bus passes made. They said to keep the pandemic at bay and for the safety of students, the process for making bus passes should be shifted to online mode at the earliest.

Over 120 jabbed at Sanawar school

Over 120 beneficiaries were inoculated at a vaccination camp organised at Lawrence School, Sanawar, on Friday. Second dose of the jab was administered to the beneficiaries above the age of 18 at the fifth anti-Covid vaccination camp, organised on the premises of the school, in the past five months. Nearly 100 per cent of the staff and campus residents, who are eligible, have been covered under the drive. Headmaster Himmat Singh Dhillon applauded the efforts of the entire medical fraternity of the school and Dharampur primary health centre for the initiative.
