move court

The court passed the order on a petition filed by local businessmen alleging that business was started before the scheduled time in the temporary shops set up for the Minjar fair.

The petitioners alleged that tenders were invited for conducting business in these shops from July 28 to August 9.

The petitioners contended that recently their business suddenly decreased due to the business being started eight days before the fair in the temporary shops set up for the fair.

They also complained to the local administration in this regard, but there was no response.

They were forced to knock the doors of the Himachal Pradesh High Court.

The petitioners have prayed that strict action should be taken against the culprits and appropriate penalty would be imposed for violating the terms of the tender.
