The Himachal Pradesh Board of Technical Education has announced a one-time special chance for diploma students who were unable to complete their courses within the prescribed time. Students from the 2007, 2012 and 2017 batches will now be eligible to appear in the upcoming examination session.

Board Secretary Ashok Pathak said that a special fee of Rs 2,500 per semester has been fixed for this. For the 2007 and 2012 batches, online examination forms are already available. Students can submit forms without late fee till October 1. After this, from October 2 until 10 days before the exams, forms may still be submitted with an additional late fee of Rs 2,500 per semester.

All forms will be accepted only in online mode through the students’ login IDs on the official website. In case of technical issues, candidates may reach out via email or helpline numbers.
