The non-teaching women staff members of Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, were sensitised on preventive healthcare, lifestyle management and early detection of health concerns during a health awareness programme organised on the university campus.
The initiative was jointly coordinated by the Professional Training Cell and the Office of the Dean Student Welfare of HPNLU, in collaboration with Tiens International Health Group. The session was conducted by Sangeeta Bansal, who addressed participants on key aspects of women’s health and wellness.
In her talk, Bansal highlighted the importance of regular health check-ups, balanced nutrition, exercise and stress management for leading a healthier and more fulfilling life. The programme also witnessed active participation, with staff members engaging in interactive discussions on practical approaches to maintaining good health.
