Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) is offering 18 short-term add-on skill development courses for the academic session 2024-25. These courses aim to enhance students’ skills and improve career prospects. The university has invited applications for courses such as beekeeping, mushroom farming, environmental science, forensic science, microbiology, Indian knowledge system, population studies, German and Russian languages, public policy and governance, Bhoti language, social work, environmental economics, human rights and Vedic mathematics.
The application process is open, and the last date to apply is February 20. General category students must pay a fee of Rs 500, while reserved category students, including SC/ST, Antyodaya, IRDP and EWS are eligible for concessions. Admissions will be granted strictly on a merit basis.
