Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) is set to conduct the entrance examination for admission to around 5,900 Bachelor of Education (BEd) seats in various government and private colleges affiliated with the university, including its main campus and the Regional Centre at Dharamshala in Kangra district, on May 27.

According to an official notification, the entrance test will be held at 15 designated centres across the state. These include Shimla, Solan, Nahan, Dharamshala, Sundernagar, Mandi, Kullu, Una, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Rampur Bushahr, Kangra and Chamba.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the official prospectus are advised to apply online through the university’s admissions portal (http://www.nadmissions.hpushimla.in). The deadline for submitting online applications is May 12. Applicants can pay the entrance examination fee online using a debit or credit card.

The university has advised all candidates to read the information brochure carefully before filling out the application form and to follow the instructions provided.
