The Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) has decided to enhance its services to the Atal Institute of Medical Super Specialties in Chamiana. To improve connectivity, the HRTC has introduced an additional trip from the Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) to the Chamiana hospital. Furthermore, the existing transport services from Bhatakuffar to Chamiana, which previously operated until 5.30 pm, have been extended to 8 pm.

According to an HRTC official, this decision was made in consideration of the hospital’s extended OPD hours and other medical procedures. As per the revised schedule, the first Tempo Traveller will depart from IGMC to Chamiana at 8.10 am and will operate until 8 pm. The second service from IGMC to Chamiana will start at 9.10 am and continue until 7 pm.
