The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur marked the grand finale of its month-long Hindi celebrations with a colourful and captivating cultural evening titled ‘Smaran 3.0’, reaffirming the institute’s commitment to linguistic pride and cultural harmony.
Held on October 14, the event brought a spectacular close to Hindi Month, which ran from September 14 to October 14. More than a celebration of language, ‘Smaran 3.0’ served as a vibrant symbol of emotional and cultural unity among students, faculty members, staff and their families.
Throughout the month, IIM-Sirmaur organised a wide range of competitions in Hindi, including essay writing, calligraphy, dictation, poetry recitation and music. Participation was not limited to students — staff and their family members also actively joined in, making the initiative a true community affair.

The programme featured soulful musical performances, expressive dance acts and engaging theatrical presentations. The event was applauded for its diverse range of talent and the meticulous planning that made it an evening to remember.
The organising team — comprising Dr Atul Agrawal, Vaibhav Kumar, Vaibhav Mishra, Shreya Chakravarty, Snigdha Singh, Kamal Mittal, Tupur Mishra, Shaumili Haldar, Ekajoli Das, Vivek Kumar and Komalika — was credited for the flawless execution and seamless coordination of the programme.
