Mandi: The Kullu police seized 4 litres of illicit liquor during a raid on a grocery store at Sultanpur in Kullu district on Sunday. A case has been registered against Arun Kumar, a resident of Sari village, in Kullu tehsil, under the Excise Act. The Patlikuhl police also seized 2 litres of locally brewed liquor during a search of a roadside eatery at Katrain in Kullu. A case has been registered against a woman under the Excise Act.

Shimla doc gets US fellowship

Shimla: The American College of Physicians has awarded the fellowship to Dr Laxmi Nand, a professor in the Department of Medicine at Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla, for 2023-24 for his research

work, contribution and accomplishment in the field of Internal Medicine.
