The sky was cloudy in Shimla on Monday amid the weather bureau’s forecast of heavy rain at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh till Wednesday.

After the easing of Covid restrictions, scores of tourists have reached various popular spots in Himachal Pradesh.

The southwest monsoon arrived in Himachal Pradesh on June 13, its earliest onset in the past 21 years. Its normal arrival in the state is June 26. Since its arrival, the hill state largely saw dominant rains.
