In his address, Banyal emphasised the core objective of the fair — to motivate ITI trainees towards apprenticeship training and to educate them about its procedures and long-term benefits. He underlined that apprenticeship serves as a vital bridge between vocational education and real-world industry experience, enabling young individuals to become self-reliant and industry-ready.

Various industrial units and government departments set up informative stalls to guide the participants. Special arrangements were made to register unregistered candidates and industries on the Apprenticeship Portal on the spot. Participants were also given detailed demonstrations on portal operations.

The event saw active participation from representatives of public and private sector organisations, government officials and students. Attendees had the opportunity to resolve queries related to apprenticeship schemes, eligibility and guidelines through expert interaction.
