Jagat Negi on Kinnaur visit from today

Jagat Singh Negi, the Minister of Revenue, Horticulture and Tribal Development, will be on a tour of Kinnaur district from August 1 to 5. During his visit, Negi will inaugurate and lay foundation stones of various development projects. The minister will also hold meetings with locals to address their grievances.
According to an official spokesperson, Jagat Singh Negi will reach Kalpa on August 1 and stay there overnight. On August 2, he will lay the foundation stone for a water supply scheme in Ramni and hold a public meeting. Additionally, he will hold public meetings in Jani and Poonang and stay in Chholtu.
On August 3, the Revenue Minister will inaugurate a water supply scheme in Choling and another water supply scheme in Meeru gram panchayat. He will then inaugurate Rangle Bridge. In the afternoon, the minister will reach Yula and address a public meeting. Negi will lay the foundation stone for a cultural centre in Urni panchayat.
On August 4, Negi will lay the foundation stone for Gangul Valley Gate in Shyasoo and participate as the chief guest in the consecration ceremony of Guzeres Gompa in Sunnam. On August 5, the minister will attend the ‘beti bachao-beti padhao’ programme in Sungra gram panchayat.
