Junior resident doctors of the Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Medical College and Hospital at Nerchowk in Mandi district called off their strike yesterday after they received the payment of their stipend from the college administration.

They had been protesting for the past three days, demanding release of their stipend. However, they provided emergency services to the patients during the strike period.
