To improve electronic waste management, the ADC ordered each Nagar Panchayat to designate a specific day for e-waste collection. He also mandated proper handling of domestic hazardous waste, with urban bodies confirming the identification of three collection centres.

The ADC instructed the installation of signboards at illegal dumping sites and ordered their immediate cleanup, followed by awareness drives to maintain these areas. Urban officials informed the committee about the installation of composting and shredding units in Kullu and Manali to process municipal waste more efficiently.
