Chamba: Lower Churah to get BDO office soon

Deputy Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha Hans Raj, today announced that an office of the Block Development Officer will be opened in the lower Churah area of Chamba district. He made the announcement while addressing a public meeting at Prahanvi in Chamba. He also inaugurated a Public Works Department rest house.

He said the demand of the residents of lower Churah would be fulfilled soon. He added that the construction of the building of an industrial training institute (ITI) at Koti would start soon.

Hans Raj said ATMs would be set up in Koti, Kalhel and Nakrod. He claimed that at present most of the villages in the Churah Assembly segment were connected with roads.
