The district administration, Mandi, has restricted unnecessary movement of public in government offices in the wake of the Covid-19 scare.
The authority concerned has issued WhatsApp number 7650025201, where people can share their grievances and action will be taken accordingly.
Mandi DC Rugved Thakur urged people of the district to stay at home on March 22 on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. All office work is being done via email and staff of revenue department will work from home in the coming days.
“In Mandi district, four cases have been detected negative while reports of two patients are still awaited. Six people are admitted in the isolation ward at Medical College at Nerchowk in Mandi, of which two suspected patients were admitted today,” said Devender Sharma, medical superintendent.
