Minibus rolls down gorge, 1 killed

Palampur, February 4

A person was killed and five others injured when a minibus going from Sekhari to Utrala rolled down a gorge near Baijnath last night.

The police said the minibus was returning to its destination and one of the occupants was killed on the spot.

After the accident, the villagers immediately reached the site and took out the injured. They have been shifted to a nearby hospital. The police have registered a case against the bus driver. The body was handed over to the relatives after a postmortem.
