Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi on Wednesday virtually inaugurated a newly-constructed temple of a local deity in a village of the Pooh sub-division in Kinnaur. He congratulated the villagers on the successful completion of the temple, extending his best wishes to the community.

Addressing the gathering, District Congress Committee Kinnaur president Umesh Negi emphasised the state government’s commitment to protecting and promoting local deity culture, as well as ensuring the upkeep and construction of temples. He added that future generations must draw inspiration from their traditions and take pride in their rich cultural heritage.
