MLA honours meritorious students at Bharoli school
Jwalamukhi MLA Sanjay Rattan, as the chief guest, today honoured meritorious students at the annual prize distribution ceremony of Government Senior Secondary School, Bharoli.
He said school students were the foundation of our better future. “We should keep an eye on the activities of our children and always motivate them to do good work,” Rattan added.
Principal Rakesh Sharma presented the annual report to the chief guest.
The schoolchildren presented a cultural performance at the event, which was much loved by the audience.
At the event, Ratan announced that he would give Rs 21,000 to the senior secondary school, and Rs 11,000 to the primary school to promote cultural programmes.
Jwalamukhi SDM Dr Sanjeev Kumar, Executive Engineer (Public Works Department) Munish Garg, Jwalamukhi DSP Ram Prasad Jaswal, Surani BDO Anshu Chandel were among those present at the event.
